Cancellation & Refund Policy

At OnlineTutrio.com, we aim to provide quality learning experiences. However, we understand that sometimes plans change.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the course has not been accessed.

After 24 hours or once the course has been accessed, cancellations are not permitted.

Refund Policy:

If you experience any technical issue that prevents course access and we are unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund.

All refund requests must be made in writing to [email address] within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

📺 One-on-one classes are available depending on the payment and the chosen syllabus. For kids, one-on-one classes are the most suitable option.

📺 Classes are held three days a week — Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday — for 1 hour each day.

Each group will have a maximum of 5 students. The 1st group ages 10 to 50, 2nd group is for kids aged 5 to 9.
